  • Facilitates the inhibitory transmitter glycine

  • Reducing muscle tone, frequency of muscle spasms. Without reducing the strength of muscle.
    Indications:
  • Spasticity in neurological disorders
  • Painful muscle spasm of spinal origin.
    Contraindications:
  • Patients on antihypertensive specially clonidine.
